Returns couldn’t be more straightforward. We offer a 30-night money-back guarantee.
Try your Sleeper in the comfort of your own home. If you decide it’s not right for you, we’re happy to offer an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery.
Please contact us before returning your Sleeper at hello@siestsleep.com or +353 (0) 86 046 3131 so we can assist you.
Please note the following conditions:
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Where free shipping was provided, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
- We cannot accept returns on Siest products given as prizes
- We do not operate a physical store; returns must be sent by post (no drop-offs or collections)
- One exchange per order is permitted; refunds are not available once an exchange has been processed
- Items must be returned in perfect condition to be eligible for a refund
- All returns must be securely packaged in water-protective materials
Once your Sleeper is received and inspected, we will process your refund promptly.
